intent is to return a larger part of added value to those who actually
take on IT missions. Traditional consultancies often retain 2/3 of
your contribution to the company when times are good, whereas in poor
times there is no guarantee that you may keep the job. One of our goals is
to return up to 90% of the income to you who actually is the one earning
the money. At the same time you and your customer shall have security from
ObjectLabs total competence og quality assurance of deliveries to the
customer. To achieve this, ObjectLabs is organised as a network of
independent, cooperating consultants. We have a minimal administration
only, no salesmen, no big main office or other fancy high cost items. This
means low costs to us so that we may win projects. High-class consultants with satisfied customers
still will earn well. Remuneration solely based on results makes the less
good leave.

objectoriented methoda, ryddig programming focusing on reuse, og effectivity
from simpleness, are important values. Network participants take on tasks
as customer contacts and quality inspectors for their fellow partners
according to internal rules. You choose for yourself where your want to
have office, what you'll work with, how much you wish to do, hour tarifs,
product you may want to develop (with assistance from the partner pool if
you wish)
"Five plus five" or special qualifications
ObjectLabs
primarily wants programmers with a minimum
of 5 years of university education and 5 years of practical experience,
only superceded by special competence in products, methods or business
areas. Business areas in this context means accounting, hospitals, banking,
public administration, oil business and in general areas with a large use
of IT. Age is no limitation with us, provided you stay updated. We want
persons with experience with technical implementation of such systems
